Art Clay Silver Certified Instructor Course
The Art Clay Silver Certified Instructor Course is a curriculum set by Aida Chemicals, the manufacturer of Art Clay, and is recognized across the world. Once the certification is passed, holders can teach Art Clay certification course across the country.

Holders of the certificate are also entitled to enjoy a 25% discount on Art Clay product at Fine Metal Studio.

This curriculum is designed to give you a good grounding in the various Art Clay products and covers a range of techniques.​

  • Rings and Hollow Forms
  • Stone Setting
  • Using the syringe
  • Add Silver findings
  • Clay and Syringe work
  • Rolling & Extruding Clay Ropes
  • How to Sulphurise your pieces
  • Keum-Boo Technique of adding Gold to your work
  • Working with Glass
  • Learning Bezel setting
  • Flush Set Stones

A total of 12 projects (15 sessions) are covered in this certification course:

  • Certification course (Part 1) @ 6 projects
  • Course Fees: RM3,000
 
  • Certification course (Part 2) @ 6 projects.
  • Course Fees: RM2,900

Course tools and book will be provided upon receipt of full payment for both Part 1 and Part 2 of the course.

Upon completion of Part 1 and Part 2 of the certification course, students are required to submit three pieces of jewellery that meet the specified criteria. These pieces will be evaluated by Fine Metal Studio. Students who successfully pass the evaluation will be awarded a Certified Instructor Certificate.

Class Time: 10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm
