Shipment & Returns
Please note that we only ships within Malaysia. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your selected shipping method.
Where possible (ie: when registered shipping methods are chosen and the shipping firm provides a tracking service) we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Please note that orders received after 12pm (Monday to Friday) cannot be prepared or shipped until at least the next working day; this is a limitation imposed by the shipping firm collection procedures. In Malaysia, 'working days' include Monday-Friday but do not include public holidays.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
At the time of shipping all goods are checked to be in good condition. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If you wish to request insurance for your shipment (at additional cost) please let us know so that we can provide the necessary quotation for this extra service.
Product returns
You may return any product purchased, for any reason, within 15 days provided the goods are still sealed and in their original condition. We cannot provide any return or exchange service for goods that have been opened or used. Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt and, upon acceptance of the return, you will receive a full refund of the cost of that product as listed on your order confirmation and invoice. We cannot refund shipping costs and will not accept goods sent back by means that require payment of shipping or duty on our behalf.
If you feel that you have a defective product, please contact us immediately by phone at +603 6206 2832. Be prepared to explain the situation and why you feel the product is defective in detail. Please keep all packaging, as well as all of the product. If the product is metal clay in nature, please keep all of the clay as it you will be required to send us the product in order to receive any replacement. According to the manufacturer's policies, we may only replace product if it is returned in full.
